Low Quality

Terrible book. Tons of typos, grammatical errors, and flat-out incorrect information. If you need this book for a class, only rent. If you are looking at this book of your own free will, DO NOT even consider it. There are tons of great marketing textbooks out there, and this isn't one of them.

EDIT: and as I near the end of the term, it's worth noting that this textbook has the most typos of ANY book that I have ever read, and this is the 6TH EDITION. It's insane what they're charging for this book. Do not even consider buying.

Editing sorely needed!

I bought the 6th edition of this book for my college course. The concepts and information covered in the textbook are sound and useful, but the book is riddled with editing errors. Hundreds of words are missing from sentences throughout and there are grammatical errors as well. I found these to be very distracting and they are ruining an otherwise good book. The book needs a TREMENDOUS amount of editing work. I hope the authors/publishers read this and hire better editors for the next edition. I rated this book with three stars overall because the content itself is good. I would give the editing one star (or less).

This book sucks

This book is pretty terrible. It is an extremely frustrating read, as it is littered with grammatical errors. Many sentences are missing words, and do not make sense at all. I'm glad to see that these authors are charging top dollar for books, but can't be bothered to proof-read them before publishing.
